Small Groups

Merely hearing God’s word (e.g., just on Sundays) is insufficient. We must apply it to our lives for there to be fruit. Small groups enable us to do this together. They are one of the primary ways we build relationships and cultivate fellowship with each other here at Hope Chapel. Genuine fellowship isn’t practical in large crowds; small groups provide a place where we can build intimate relationships, care for one another, and help each other grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. Our hope is that everyone who attends Hope Chapel will get involved in a small group.

Each of these groups are composed of 4-8 people and led by trained lay-leaders who receive continued oversight and training by our deacons and pastors. Depending on your small group, you may meet anywhere from once a week to once a month for bible study, fellowship, and prayer. Most groups also participate monthly in service projects or social events, in lieu of a regular meeting.
