Hope Chapel is led by a team of pastors who, as elders, guide the church at the pleasure of the congregation. They particularly focus on matters concerning teaching, preaching, and prayer.

The Diaconate
The word “deacon” literally means servant. Just as Christ didn’t come to be served, but to serve, the role of a deacon is to be a servant-leader to the church. The Diaconate, a group of men and women appointed by Hope Chapel members, firmly believe that their purpose is to serve the community by practically and visibly meeting its needs. They express in tangible ways Christ’s command to all believers to love our neighbor as ourselves. (Matt 22:39)
